Anyone else feel that the all volt elites were a million times better then these?

With that last picture, I believe the rings will drop, they are + enabled which means another $270 + only pack, probably in ma limited numbers. I'm calling the box behind is is a place holder for a gold jewel case similar to the Crown Jewels. Damn I didn't like them before that that pic has me thirsty.
