Official NBA 2k11 pick up game thread... SN and GT 1st page.. HOF and 5min qtrs only.

I just beat some dude online and he started lagging his connection with 3 seconds left in the game. Then after time ran out the box came up saying"waiting for opponent", then it said "lost connection" and I never got the win. People are ridiculous. I think this is the 2nd or 3rd timethis has happened to me after I beat someone, and I've only played online maybe 5 times total since I've gotten the game. This is why I don'tusually play online.

^^^ trust it happens a lot... jsut stick to this thread and you will get some good games... lifelessons is pretty good... i you be cheezing you are gonna getcalled out....

Yea there are plenty of lames online... i like to play as close to sim as possible but these people online always trying to steal inbounds passes and trying todraw charges ANYWHERE on the court constantly and doing nothing but dunking with Bron/Dwight/Kobe etc.


Then when you got them on the ropes and theyre about to lose they dip on you smh...

Lol i wouldnt say that NT 2k league is "sim" it just has a few rules that keeps the game from being out of control.

I mean ive only had this game for like 3-4 weeks so im still reletively new to it and im learning how to run plays and all that stuff...


Maybe YOUR definition of "sim" would help.

lol i played some guy like that, i was the cavs and he was the magic, he would stay back with dwight howard

so then it was 4 on 5, and i just started to swing the ball around and take advantage of the missing defensive person

i struggled the first half, then i started to win by like 15 points in the 4th, so i started to give him a taste of his own medicine and cherry picked withlebron and my lead grew to 20+

then he quit

shoulda had it within 1 at that point... I hate when the game does that... Vince is NOT getting blocked on a 2 handed slamlike that. At least a foul shoulda been called...
