Similar. I think 998 are a tad longer personally. Both fit slim so I go more TTS, and I end up with a touch more room in the 998 then 997.

Anyone try to iron reshape 998's? Any tips, tricks or videos of what to do? Will the suede end up darker? Should I use a shoe tree? Any help would be great.

None. Mostly J Crews. All of my 998's except New Navy have that duck bill toe.
