Someone did a custom on the rose 997 and dyed the suede red and painted the back grey. He is asking for 300 shipped for them. Do you think it is worth it? Should I ask for a lower price? They're worn once. He wanted 375 at first.

Have you tried sneakersnstuff.com? They have UK made NB's for women's .... shipping is only $10 

Do you know of any other places that sell new balances in smaller sizes? Or are the boutiques that sell not only men size shoes?

Yea supposedly it's a CNCPTS only release, but I have a feeling they may restock

they don't look like the 997gy that we know.  on the upper where it's supposed to have dark gray accents, they look navy in that leaked photo.

They make a bunch of 998/997s in small men's sizes. Down to 5 I believe. Feature has a bunch of small sizes of the 997CGB, for example.
