Really like the Hanon joints, probably won't cop immediately unless it looks like they're selling out. But will look to cop eventually... still waiting on Hanon to do a sale. Need those Flimby 35 991s.

As for Concepts... clean shoe but I don't like them enough to cop. And knowing Concepts and NB they'll retail for at least $220.

What was the best and meh collabs from concepts?

Concepts has been doing NB collabs for a while now but probably their most successfully and universally lauded pairs are their work on the 998 (C-Notes, Mints) and 997 (Roses and Lux Goods). If I had to rank a top 5, those certainly would belong in the discussion. At one point Concepts seemed to be able to do no wrong when it came to collabs.

Also, I still love the Tyrians. Not top 5 for me but easily one of the better collabs they've done and such an underrated pair.

I feel like the different midsole would fix one of my biggest issues with 997 in that it has a little more heel than I really like.

I'm surprised a lot of you aren't into the Concepts pair. I think they're pretty solid. Nice subtle colorway with a pop of color on the tongue.

I'll most likely pass on them at retail though. It's just not worth it to pay collab prices for most NB when most of them hit discount or can be had on eBay later on from a re-seller for a fraction of the cost.

They Boston x NYC was a good pack and IMO very slept on. A few air balls along the way but it happens. I'm not sure about these....I like the cracked leather and orangy tongue. Not the $220 SRP
