My only thought is that the way it released is closer to the Teddy and v6 styling overall. So perhaps more consistency with this year’s NB design?
Saw this the other day that breaks down some of the differences with the new model. For example, the streamlined tongue matches the v3 styling better than OG. Or is at least consistently different
