packers isn't much better. ive been working on an exchange since december... i sent back the shoes and was delivered on 1/14 to this day they haven't sent me tracking for my new shoes. not only that i talked to michael packer the owner today and he's like call the website customer service # right now they'll pick up the phone and help you. i call it i get voicemail again. i call packer store back and tell him uh... no one picked up the phone again. he's like okay someone will call you by tomorrow. so i say and if no one does? he says well call back the next day.... :smh: how hard is it to do a simple exchange? i know they had iman flattop shumpert at their store the other day... but gosh pick up the phone.

i know Mike so my transaction with Packer, woulda been way different than Feature

I hear you tho..**** takes forever on their end and that cat stays hella busy..hopefully it works out for you tho dude

yea no doubt i agree. mike was respectful and helpful, but it seems like some of his employees aren't. he has said a few times in the past that he's gonna talk to one of his employees to call me back. i have no doubt in my mind that mike told an employee to call me back... but the employee never did. i know im not tight w/ mike or anything so i won't get "hook'd up" or anything... but i mean its going on a month for a stupid exchange and i don't think i'd need to be on the "inside" in order to get something as simple as an exchange to be complete. just like the run around you've gotten from Feature. its just not good business customer service ... even if im just a common customer. (vent over)

know sizing has been discussed to death, but how to custom 574s and 993s fit in comparison to the regular made in the USA and foreign made pairs?

Tuna629 - that's the second release Anniversary 990. The first was the exact same shoe in charcoal grey, and limited to 990 pairs worldwide. It's my understanding this second release is not as limited. The shoe is exact to the original 990 in every detail, including Vibram sole. I love my grey ones. They are comfortable and really really well made.
 
Tuna 629 - Repped! I know lots of people who will be happy to know about that 990 dropping at PYS. I just grabbed mine!!

I hear you..I passed on this particular release but when I grabbed my 1300jp's back in '10 they were also a pretty penny I think like 200 something if I remember correctly
 
I got the grey anniversary 990s, now I'm trying to decide if I should get the navy ones.  What do you guys think?  There is so much heat coming out from new balance soon I just can't decide if I should save my $$$.
