Finally got a 8.5 in the 1300JPs. Creme in VA has them for $260 but I got hit with tax and $20 shipping too... $296 altogether but probably the best price out there right now.

Yeah that was the first thing I did when I got the shoes. Wanted to drop some 3M flats on them but I think the black flats are good enough.

How often do 997s drop below retail? Should I strike as soon as they release or wait for a slight discount?
