Used to have a pair, sadly have to let it go when the entire sole separated a couple of years ago (didn't there was such a thing call sole swap back then).

I remember 1500wb was a absolute steal, only around HKD800 (roughly USD100).

Got my M577NBW when I was in New Zealand. Gutted didn't get the M1982 at the same time, they were all gone by the time I went back for them on the next day…

577nbw was not asian exclusive..was a GR and was in UK and Europe too
passed so many 1982s over the years and kicking myself now...a few pairs ended up on ebay cheaper than retail and also at factory outlets.

Since you’re interested in the newer 1500s, I think @vidiviciun would be better qualified to speak on the sizing of those, since things might have changed? I’d lean more on going with TTS than sizing down but that’s because I really hated how tight my pair was.

I used to wear my 1500 in US7,5 and there is not that much place in the toebox
In comparission :
991, 577, 576 > US7,5
997 > US 7,5 or 7 for an extra tight fit if possible
998 > US 7

folks do your future selves a favor and stop sizing down. you're gonna mess your feet up. I go tts on every shoe I buy. if an 11 doesn't fit I don't buy it

The way I see it, TTS means jack **** to me.
I buy whatever fits right, my closet has shoes that range from 10.5 to 8.5eeee. but I agree you should not wear tight shoes.

meant; I just bought a pair of vibergs recently and their boot sizing is 1.5 size down from your sneaker size. So if I were to buy a 9 (TTS) it’s like I’d be wearing a 10.5 boot lol. Wouldn’t work.- 2

Hey guys, this is my first post. Im looking for m1400br and m990bck from the Horween "crooners collection" in a size US 9.5 or 10. I've tried Ebay, Grailed, Kixify, Mercari and Yahoo Japan (which has the most insane prices when you convert the Yen to USD). Does anyone know any other sites I could check out? If you guys know anyone selling these pairs in a US 9.5 or 10, could you let me know? It would be much appreciated.
