Does anyone else feel that the M992NT or "petey pablos" run smaller than their other 992s? These are my second pair of 992s and I went half-size down (i.e., 9.5) and after wearing them around the house quite a bit and a day "outside", they haven't broken in or got bigger as I was hoping to the point I want to get a size 10. A friend of mine who has 3 or 4 other 992s, also feels like the NTs run smaller than his other pairs. For what it's worth, we both got pairs from Solestop recently.

Would anyone be interested in my 9.5s for a discount?

TBH Based off your comment and mine and some others experiences with other colorways I think NB may be having issues with size consistency. The 992BA's I recently purchased were the most snug 10.5 992 I've worn so far. Other pairs I feel like I have plenty of room, some even a little extra.

I got a pair of 10.5 992GR & 10 992NT both from solestop as well, the 10.5 is my TTS and they're comfy but slightly roomy in the forefront, however the size 10 NTs fit how I expected them to.
