I don’t own either, but I can say 990 v3 and v4 are amazing as far as comfort goes… not a squishy type cushion, but a supportive solid cushion. Great shoes.

The V5 is more comfortable IMO. Not saying the 2002r aren’t because they are very comfortable as well. The V5 in my TTS is probably the most comfortable shoe I own though. They feel so good I forget I’m even wearing them.
