I like the V6 fit. These don’t feel no different from the greys. It’s different from the other 990s lil more softer but not too much. I broke in my grey pair, pretty much wear them daily now.

I worked on a few movies in the early-mid 2000s and there was a hierarchy with NBs and directors/producers, etc. 2000s were always on the most important people. Then 991s for lower level. It was pretty crazy to see it all play out. I remember the 2000s were $200 and a big deal. Ah memories.

I believe I read somewhere online months ago that Tracy McGrady was disgruntled with his Adidas lifetime deal and it was coming to an end. I did see something on an Instagram account where he was wearing the 2019 Jordan IV Black Cement in the last few months.
On another note, I never understood how a lifetime deal could end based on the definition of it. I recall Grant Hill signed a lifetime deal with Fila in the late '90s, but then he wore Adidas & Nike in the latter part of his career when he declined due to multiple ankle injuries and surgeries.
