Hoping Kingsbury sticks around in Washington for at least another season. Looks happy as our OC but I don’t expect him to turn down a HC job that’ll 2-3x his current salary.

Unless there’s some type of salary cap for coaches that I’m unaware of. I’m surprised some of these teams don’t match the salary being offered for some of these highly sought after coordinators. Especially if it’s clear they’re a critical part to the teams success.

No guarantee they take it as I’m sure the status and position of being one of only 32 NFL coaches is appealing. But I’m sure getting the same way with less pressure and expectations is as well. As much money as these NFL teams make, I know they can afford it.

Maybe he pulls a Ben Johnson and stays with us if the only openings available are trash... I could see the jets or jags going after him. This is the best our offense has looked since Jay Gruden

Right! I can see a later round pick, but first was absolutely dumb.

This happens every year though. Some no name/bad QB has a cannon arm then boom, first round pick.
