Jokes aside, since the announcement of the re-retro of the OG colorways, I've been thinking a lot about how I would go about having a customizer make a pair of these PE's. I guess the best approach would be to have them paint the uppers teal and whiten the Swoosh.Presumably, it would be better than having the midsole painted white and risk paint chipping. Sole-swap seems like too big (and expensive) of a job.
Nope, not at all. Sole swapping is pretty easy to do nowadays. You can save cash by coming with your own midsole for swaps Also, painting the midsole is really easy to do without concerns of the new paint chipping.

Yeah I said F it and swung back around today. I didn’t want to cop too early because I know they’ll go on sale eventually just like the other Griffey’s and Diamond Turfs. I’ll return if I can get them cheaper.

had the 09 pair and sold them because too much heal slippage with the inner sock liner... it was always going to the bottom of my foot....will cop this pair... dont like the leather swoosh but don't think they will update it anytime soon
