Depends on your feet of course. If they are narrow you can probably fit in 9.5 but idk how comfortable it’ll be after hours of wear.
These still fit wide. I have a 10.5 and need an 10 badly.

I’m a 10 in air max & 9.5 in Jordans.. I bought a 10 in the home colorway but the heel slippage was crazy! I have a 9.5 in the Orlando’s and they fit just right to me.. I also don’t lace my sneakers very tight

I’m a 10.5 in Jordan 1s, 10.5 in the home Penny 1s, but for some reason the toe box on the Orlandos were at too tight - width and height. I felt like my toes were being crushed. Had to exchange for an 11….
