I like this color way a lot. As you said, it's just clean and simple. Can't wait for these to go on sale
 
How are you KD8's holding up? I know about 10 guys who played in KD7's last year and every single one tore the side out or popped the zoom bag. I am thinking about taking my Kobe XI's back and getting a pair of KD8's but I'm still on the fence. My Kobe XI's are well cushioned (great for my old legs) but the traction is kind of unpredictable and I paid way to much for them.
