Just went to the Nike Outlet in Eagan, MN and didn't see anything USO other than the t-shirts. Only TF in the store was black shorts (tapered) for $50.

both answers correct based on what I was told by NT, nike outlet. The local store near me is an outlet and they didn't even get any tech fleeces.
