Nope. I throw all my knit shoes in the wash.

There’s endless info on this but no. As long as you air dry, DONT put them in the dryer.

I clean them with some dawn soap and a tooth brush, give it a quick brush. take my insoles out and set aside. Throw the shoes in a pillowcase and rubber band the top. Cold express wash. Air dry.

You’d be surprised how beat I’ve taken all white shoes and have them come out looking brand new with this method.

A damp/ wet towel with some woolite is my go to way of cleaning sneakers. Makes them nice and clean without any discolor or stains from the soap. Woolite is the best detergent in general to keep clothes looking good.
