decided to wash my FKRs that i used as travel and running shoes. havent worn them in close to three years since i haven’t traveled much and started running in pegasuses and boosts. cant wait for them to dry off and be put back into the rotation

the MCs are a top 5 shoe x cw for me.

i just used a hand brush with hard bristles, laundry detergent, and a home depot bucket.

was a simple process of rinse off the soles, soap and scrub the insoles/panels, and then dipping in the bucket to clean off the soap. did it all outside with my garden hose. did like 7-9 pairs of shoes in about 30 minutes. it’s quick and probably safer than a washing machine.

migu420 migu420 broo i put those AM1 in hell and have thrown them in washer multiple times. didn’t ruin them structurally but unfortunately it stripped off the some of the white from the midsole. washed them by hand this time

I kept 4 or 5 pairs from that era, all but one fell apart. Kudos, shoulda wore my shoes, lol.
