same thing I was told. Their shipment hasnt updated because they were pretty much closed yesterday. And it normally takes 2-3 days for them to process their shipment and update their inventory. Same thing with the xmas kd3s.

I think its an owl since Rice mascot is Owls. 

it is a mamba, pretty obvious.
the pattern of the shape, got the nose in the middle, two eyes with evil eye scope shape... it looked more like a mamba to me. actually i dont see it is an owl at all, maybe just myself.

Just called Eastbay, the Rep said mine was one of the orders that got thru and will be shipped, but they don't have them yet and might not have them till the end of the week.

The "RICE" is on the inside of the shoe, it won't even be that noticeable when on feet. Besides I know we all love our shoes, but normal people don't look that close. If anything they just say nice shoes and move on. A tiny detail like a hard to see when worn "RICE" isn't a big deal.

It doesn't smell like a possible restock anywhere. Eastbay doesn't have ANY of the shoes yet. The ones coming are the original round that we all spent X-mas morning on the phone for.

shot around with these on today shoe feels comfortable and it does feel higher off the ground like everyone been saying but I didnt feel comfortable jumping in them so I switched shoes to play full court. I know the kobe vi are the same height as the iv, and v but they feel lower to me.
