I have every one of em, and the only one I've ever experiencing that with is the jets cw. It's possible the volts have it too, but the crismons and cg don't do it at all

I'm not familiar with the Kobe 7 but, I would guess so. They do have a liner and run small. An 11 wouldn't have worked for me at all.
