datznasty datznasty I didn't want to clutter the NBA thread, but I would try going back to the NRC app and re-link it to the NBA app.
 
thanks i did, it just says you are signed in with Nike then i click on a game it tils me upgrade to league pass or sign in to access benefits. Sign in again, same tells me to upgrade to watch. Yes the accounts are linked and the same email adress

And you have the latest NBA app with the new NBA ID? IDK bro, I'd be contacting NRC and NBA support to get it resolved.

it’s been too long since posting in this thread, i want to get back into running every day so that’s my plan. i play basketball twice a week so my plan is to go on the days i don’t play bb on, and then have one weekend day as a rest day

it’s okay but i definitely want to get consistent sub 7, 1 mile, and then go from there

i tried out a new running form and it definitely helped, i felt less fatigued after and my legs hurt less too
 
Dope! Try shortening your stride and quickly picking up your feet to decrease ground contact time. This should increase your cadence to around 180spm; thus, making your pace significantly faster!

Weighted lunges and squats help a lot too!
