just found out my motherboard (crosshair 4F) is compatible with the upcoming bulldozer AM3+ CPUs. now upgrading will be much easier for me, since i don't have to buy a new motherboard which would have set me back at least another $200. can't wait to see how bulldozer performs though, specifically the 8-core ones.
