I have a meeting today with my team and department because our diversity and inclusion survey came back really low.
I was disappointed because I thought our department had really made good progress in those areas
Then talking to the other managers, apparently all the displeasure is from a couple of white dudes that think the diversity and inclusion efforts are unfair to them (white people, and men)
So now this meeting is about to be a white grievance vent session
