As someone who's family is mostly Republican supporters, they didn't like that Obamacare was more costly for them and that he let the Bush tax cuts expire

If you're going to accuse someone of rationalization, the least you could do is acknowledging that you're doing the same when you defend white nationalism as a reaction to Arab "invaders," even though the majority of them has lived there for multiple generations.

White people did not vote to suppress other groups for the most part.
White women didnt vote because they don't want black women to have a nice life as well.
White people voted because they are sick of being lied to about wars,  tired of jobs leaving town, tired of crime and recieving blame for creating  the system people use to rationalize that crime with.
They were also scared that the dems were trying to take away their means of protecting themselves from said crime.

At the end of the day people wanted action instead of words and Killary offered another lecture on morals to people that are sick of being talked down to.

Yeah, that's why you voted for someone who wants to take us back to a time when America "was great" (the 50s? the 60s? the 70s) instead of someone who offered concrete solutions to the problems that this nation will face in the coming decades? You voted for someone who lied to you so many times in a single day that the news outlets couldn't stick to a single scandal? Someone who found a way to defraud the people who worked with his campaign on the campaign trail? Where are the tax returns? Noooo you didn't to see any of that, you just wanted someone who catered to your insecurities, real and imagined. You voted for someone who will make the US the lapdog of Russia and help them turn your Europe into his personal playground.

Did they have issue of all the years before when lower class people worked, to help subsidize their health insurance? Do they even know why premiums went up?

And most of Bush tax cuts are still in place. Unless your family members are balling, because they higher brackets ones expired. Then why is healthcare cost rising such a big issue for them, it would eat up a relatively small part of their budget.

After reconciliation, the Dems have enough votes to filibuster any policy move if they act as intractable as the GOP did under Obama.
