Thank you for teaching me that no matter logic and truth you spit some people will never change.

You still broke living in Utah or did you come back to NoVa where it'sgreater?

Still sensitive as **** I see.

I'm doing well actually, living in Vegas and enjoying life. Thanks for asking my guy

Are you still: struggling to scrap together pennies every month to pay your rent, hoping on a shooting star you can one day land a government job, crying tears of joy to Kevin Gates mixtapes, wishing you were lil bit taller and growth hormone would come down in price, being a xenophobic clown, and bragging about living a life that teeters between basic and mediocre?

Yes, yes, you probably are.

Use some of that 6 month salary and invest in a life couch famb.

Be well though. :D

well goddam. didnt expect to see rico in here today.

Rico - i just wanted to personally thank you for that excellent advice about saving 6 months salary for medical emergencies. I saved up, got rid of my insurance, and now im prepared for anything.

I would give Delk credit for one thing. He abandoned all morals and supports the GOP because he wanted a few extra dollars on his check to inch closer to being able to afford a rental property in the South. Where as Rico supports them because he wants few extra dollars to try to hold onto a one bedroom apartment in NoVa.

Ole boy really thought he'd stroll back in here trying to flex as if NT forgets. Nah famb.

Very important to me. Home prices in my area are expensive but not exorbitant. I still rent but I'm hoping to be able to buy within the next two years.

I've always seen myself in a nice 3 bed 2.5 bath high rise condo. Townhouses and single family homes were never really my thing.

It's been just over three years since this post...did you purchase that nice 3 bed 2.5 bath high rise condo?

Yes it does. As an adult and as a man that should be what you provide for you and your family if you have one. And if you can't then you're a failure. Plain and simple. I don't have kids because I can't afford them. I don't take vacations because I can't afford to. What the hell is up with you liberals and personal responsibility? I could move to Woodbridge and probably save $400 in rent. But I don't because Alexandria City is where I need to be. Networking opportunities are endless. That extra rent is an investment in my future. That's my line of thinking.

Three and half years ago you stated that living in Alexandria City and paying $400/mo more in rent is an investment in your future. Assuming you didn't purchase that condo as you planned, what is the ROI on that extra $16,800 ($400 x 42 months)?

Ain no struggling when you're 26 able to live on your own in one of the richest areas in the country. But you wouldn't know that since you was priced out. No wonder you be on your socialist wave, you need them handouts to survive.

Should I holla at Meth and see if the next donation can go to you?

If your investment hasn't panned out, maybe I can holla at Meth to see if the next donation can go towards you.

Youre right, rico is on a much higher level. You know that one br in nova costs more than whatever ****hole rental property dwalk has in Appalachia :lol

Not to mention the compound interest that he missed out on. Even if returns were average that's closer to $20,000.

If Rico is actually doing better now, and came back to **** on someone he assumed was broke then that's sick. I'd be careful with that, the universe has a way of rewarding people like that appropriately.

When I lived in MD he would say that Democrats made MD to expensive and people are fleeing to NoVa. So when NoVa was the cheaper option it was a positive. When I said I left MD to move in with family to save money, then went off to grad school, he started with the "You got priced out of the area (D.C metro area)"

 Dude just doing the same clown **** with me that he been doing for over a decade now.

He doesn't need the universe to **** up his dreams because Trump already did that. Speaking of dreams...

My American dream is pretty traditional. I want to own 3 bedroom condo in Crystal City. A wife two kids a sensible car and a luxury car and a Shiba Inu. Once I get there, I'll be good. And then I'll probably jump into the social justice fray and all that fun liberal ****. But right now, miss me with that. I still rent.

Rico, you got a status update on that wife, two kids, sensible car, luxury car and Shiba Inu? Do you have everything you need to jump into the "social justice fray" and all that "fun liberal ****"? Or should we still miss you with that because you're too busy renting?

While I agree with you, I still don't understand the tactic. Even if he wins those same charges are still going to be waiting in 2025. The cases might even be more solid and there might be additional charges because lord knows he's keep up the tomfoolery in his second term. The main difference is that he'll be 78 instead of 74 so four years close to death which may be a legitimate consideration for him since it would mean potentially skipping jail time.

it does not feel like they’re banking on a traditionally functional government, so 2025 might not matter if he wins.

if they can pull off 2020 they can pull off installing more puppets later down the road. the puppets can keep him from ever facing justice.

we haven’t been operating on traditional methods for quite some time now.

dude not making it to 2025 anyway though. don’t think his health can take it.

Over 200k posts and 10 years strong. You're all welcome.

Please don’t leave again

Don't mind him, he has PTSD from getting his back blown out at the last Trump convention.

Bruh :lol::lol:

All excellent points.

RE: Installing puppets. After he's gone will those puppets have any reason to protect him, though? It's my genuine belief that while all these Republicans cape for DJT, outside of their jobs they can't stand the dude and only cape because he's their leader. Look at how quickly everyone turns on him after they get fired. I expect them to do the same when he's out of office.

RE: Health. Neither medicine nor health are my forte but based on things I've seen him do and his speech, I feel he there is something wrong with him  Just the thought alone of another four years has to be daunting for him
