Now give me the debate between these two

How you could have watched the speech and said there was a whole lot of nothing said is beyond me. People were complaining about no agenda, and she spent most of the speech laying out what she would do. In fact she even laid out what the republicans would do. (Though they will of course deny any of it)

It was a very safe speech and it's obvious the point was to do no harm leaving the convention.

Harris has stated several times some of the things she wants to do if elected while on the campaign trail. I guess some people don't pay any attention to that.
