You know what, I wouldn’t even mind paying extra taxes if it led to free healthcare, improved food assistance, cheaper higher education, afterschool programs, homeless shelters, mental health facilities, infrastructure improvements, etc. Instead, all of those are being cut, so we’re paying extra for nothing.
