If they have succeeded in car manufacturing and design, what tells you they won't also do better in other domains in 5-10-15 years?

The point is, we're stagnating, they're progressing.

Our education system is in shambles: Gen Alpha is measurably dumber than Gen Z and Millennials, and a proper education costs the equivalent of a starter home. Trump is sabotaging immigration, from which we have gotten so many innovators before America lost their **** at the sight of a Black president.

These articles are warning signs, and we shouldn't ignore them in the name of jingoism.
