OFFICIAL QUANTUM OF SOLACE POST VOL. MOVIE OF THE YEAR?

^^ I got the same feeling.

But the movie was good. Was the first Bond movie where he was straight KILLING dudes, and no special gagets. Just straight let me find this guy and whoevergets in my way will die.
 
I haven't seen Casino Royale yet...do I need to see it before I see Quantum of Solace?

Yes. Otherwise, you will not understand why things happen the way they do. And this movie was pretty good, nowhere close near Dark Knight, but Ifelt that I got my money's worth.

It's part of the storyline. The General she wanted revenge against killed her family and set their house on fire when she was younger. She got those burns in the fire.
 
Dark Knight released in the summer , sorry
Will still catch this film though
 
it was aight,the action scenes were dope...duke was more of an assassin than a secret agent, i know there building up to that but damn you would've thoughthe would of had some type training or something

I loved Casino but this is getting bad reviews...seems like lots of action and not much plot...
 
I thought the movie was good, but it didn't live up to the expectations I had.
Craig is a G for sure.

I really enjoyed it but I don't think it was better than Casino Royale - that was just cooler somehow.

It's definitely worth watching Casino Royale again before you go and see it - this one starts right after it ends and I couldn't remember a lot ofstuff that happened.

There were some great moments in this one too though - highly enjoyable.

me too... how the hell did we get it earlier than the US!? Casino Royale waaaay better than Quantum, IMO... I was quite disappointed.

still waiting for Dark Knight on Blu-Ray...
 
This is the first Bond film I may go to the theater to see. The game is looking good as well.
 
i swear, some dudes on nt get real excited about something and just start throwin out wild comments. seriously, me, being a self proclaimed movie head wouldnot even place the two in the same sentence. james bond movies are not good. point blank, yes, casino royale had a much different approach, but it wasstill..ehhhhh. i am not excited at all about this movie, i will peep when it comes on HBO.

It's like they are forgetting what made bond movies good. Gadgets, hilarious characters like Jaws and Sheriff J.W. Pepper, the women.... They need to bringQ back.. and the humourous side of bond needs to come back..

i almost fell asleep during the movie...sad to say. at least i didn't pay to go watch the movie.
 
Same as everyone else in here is sayin, Casino Royale > QoS. This one was just more fast paced-stuff blowing up-less storyline kind of movie. Stillenjoyable, but didn't really feel like the director knew how he wanted to make this movie.
