POS - SPURS - MAVERICKS

PG - 9 Tony Parker (6-2, 9th yr) - 2 Jason Kidd (6-3, 16th yr)
Parker averaged 31.3 points against Mavericks last season.

SG - 10 Keith Bogans (6-5, 7th yr) - 3 R. Beaubois (6-2, 1st yr)
Beaubois, Parker's countryman, did not play vs. Spurs in earlier meeting.

SF - 24 Richard Jefferson (6-7, 9th yr) - 0 Shawn Marion (6-7, 11th yr)
Jefferson needs more than 4 FGA, even with Parker & Duncan on floor.

PF - 21 Tim Duncan (6-11, 13th yr) - 41 Dirk Nowitzki (7-0, 11th yr)
Strange stat: Spurs 0-2 this season when Duncan eclipses 20 points.

Blair leads NBA rookies in rebounding and field-goal percentage.

NOTABLE
One week after capturing a 92-83 home win over the Mavericks, Spurs gird for rematch with the Southwest Division leaders. Spurs won the previous meeting without Parker and Duncan, who were out with left ankle injuries. ... Mavs, who will play without Josh Howard for the foreseeable future, are hoping for a similar boost. ... Spurs are 0-3 on the road this season, losing by an average of 11 points. ... Spurs have won six of the past eight regular-season meetings

- Jeff McDonald

Looks like George Hill will get a chance to guard Dirk....
He did a good job in guarding Kevin Durant last game...

Come on Spurs lets win our 1st road game.....

Marion and Dampier unlikely.

Tim Thomas probable.

3 starters out.

Who starts at three? Ross?

Didn't the Spurs win without TD and TP last game?

Dallas bout to return the favor.

Sometimes you shorten the rotation, give more minutes to your big guns, you can make things happen.
Should be a good one regardless.

yeah CP but that was at home(AT&T Center)...
Only reason I want this W bad is because the Spurs are 0-3 on the road...
Other teams without a road win..

Memphis
Minnesota
New York
New Jersey

Spurs should not even be mention in the same sentence as these teams...

Plus the Spurs scheduled is a joke...way too many off days this early in the season...

I still expect a hell of an effort.

If Roddy plays over 30 minutes, we have a good shot at winning.

I guess that's a good thing for you guys, Hill killed us last time, but then again, so did TP in the Playoffs last year.

Should even the odds a LITTLE bit.

So Bogans still starting huh?

I'm telling you, I wasn't being sarcastic.

We play better when Duncan plays.

He slows down the game to a comfortable pace for us.

No Damp, no Shawn, NO PROBLEM.

Goodie Goodie Gooden.

Who's Tony Duncan?

Dumb broad.

Mavs by 9. Mavs have always been constructed to beat the Spurs, if no else. Spurs used to be their daddy's, then the Mavs grew a decent set and ithasn't been as much as a rivalry since.

Tim Thomas sighting. Wow, Kidd Terry Ross Thomas and Gooden, what the #$%# kind of lineup is that?

A goddamn ugly one.

I'll wait till we start to get destroyed with this lineup before I judge though.

Kris in for Gooden, I'm fine with that.

Our shots arent' falling right now.

Hold out on Barea as long as possible.

Can we close out on the corner three's?

Shades of Steve Kerr in a Spurs jersey.
