How much is there to let out? If you do that the cuffs aren't going to look like they did before altering.

I bought a pair of their military chino pants about ten years ago and a 34 had a 31 or 32" inseam. I didn't wear them much because they sat on top of my shoes near my ankles, needless to say I turned them into shorts.

most cuffs are 1” thick so that 32” turns to be 33.5” which makes all the difference.
