I think they use AAA. I have a sample tee with out the supreme tag. It has AAA tag on the shirt.

I normally wear 34 in 514 and 36 in 511.
I got 34 in them ( their size chart said 36in waist for 34). Legs where to tight to bend over, waist was defintly closer to 36 imo. I returned them. That being said never had any 505 before.
