Or they're both on vacation. I got neither order nor shipping confirmation emails.

Got confermation emails but no shipping emails but one shows up on UPS my choice. I always get shipping emails by Sunday. They all messed up this season.

if you have your order number, try the UPS tracking lookup trick mentioned on the first page. also there's still a chance. up until this week i didn't get email confirms for all but one order, but everything still shipped eventually.
