I think he should be starting. Mix, Bradley and Zusi always have the tendency to be pushing up with the attack. Beckerman is our only true CDM and I agree, he does his job well.
I feel the same way but the last 20-30 minutes was impressive. We didn't have Yedlin in either. He's always a handful for the other team on the right wing. Hopefully the Panama game will be a cake walk that will make our team click. Don't think we can even go toe to toe with Mexico as of right now.

these past two games have shown that just a bit of pace can cause problems for our side, the USMNT is in huge trouble when they face a more proficient side.

Exactly how I feel. This team plays scared all the time and to conservative. Haiti was taking us on one on one, or one on two, and still out played us but they just couldn't finish. When we go one on one we either pass it backwards about 30 yards or just turn the ball over.
I think I watch to much European country/club soccer and get spoiled with individual skill, something this CURRENT USA team is missing.

All you have to do is watch MLS and the MX league before watching this tournament and then you won't be dissappointed 
Yes RCK I watched yesterdays Mexico game (born in Mexico and a big soccer fan I just don't talk about it on NT). That game should have ended like 10-0.
It'll be interesting to see how USA/Mexico plays out. No matter how both teams are playing before that game, those games usually bring out the best in the US and the worst in Mexico
