i'd give pulisic 10 minutes max to find his game and then im pulling him. maybe its the injury but we need more there

well that was ******, man. it's easy to reduce it just to the fact that paraguay, australia, and bosnia/herz are not on the level of belgium but i think it's definitely a bit deeper. this team looked different...even if you focus on mid competition this time around vs in the past. there was that creativity and skill that had been missing. the confidence that had been missing was there. tonight, it just seemed like the moment was too big. so many unforced mistakes from the start. and then that disasterclass third (followed by the fourth) goal was just a back breaker. eager to see where we go from here. the roster needs change and improvement for sure. but i think there was a lot to be excited about going forward vs this being the same old US team

Pulisic, Richards, Ream, and Freese all had their worst games of the tourney on the same night. Just can't win like that.

End of the day, I'm happy Pulisic plays for us and I'll continue to root for him. However, even if he wasn't 100%, to have one assist with no goals the entire tourney is pretty damn abysmal. Deserves all the criticism he's getting.
Other than that, I was pleasantly surprised by Tillman, Freeman, and Berhalter this WC. We're also very lucky to have Balogun, I feel like he's really handled everything with class and I'm excited to watch him more. Hoping all these fellas have another gear in them, rooting for them all.

Simple ****. The whole team sans Tyler, tilly and sebastian. Wtf was Dest doing? What in the **** was freese doing? The whole team ****ted themselves in literally their biggest and possibly most important game in their careers. Puli, weston should not be called up for a year. Call up the young guys. 10 year project to put this **** up? Embarrassing. I hope all the pundits blast this team for a while after this performance.

Ended up going to the game. We were on the 300 level, but at midfield, so pretty awesome seats. I knew within about five minutes we had no chance. They couldn't win any balls, they were playing sloppy with tons of unforced errors. The back line and goalie are absolutely atrocious. Their inability (or, refusal?) to clear the ball is pathetic. The Belgian goalie and back line kept sending the ball and getting counters all day, while USA just played footsie and tried to get cute. Just pure boneheaded stuff that cost them two goals.

There are dudes like Freeman, Tillman, Berhalter, Balogun etc who should have their heads held high, they were very good when called upon.
Belgium didn’t score any screamers today, all 4 goals are direct errors from US defenders. Dest was especially terrible, he played a big role in the first two goals for them. Pulisic might need a long time away from the team

Idk man I'm lumping Adams into the trash group. He was off it and came out at half for a reason. Balogun is the only other one I'd say can be proud of his game.

I want to be optimistic and say this was a great WC run, but I can't. This Belgian side was beatable but we as a collective are still soft AF! Thank god I didn't pay first, last and security rent money to see this **** live. Aside from Balogun and Tillman, I don't wanna see the rest of the bums ever get called up again. I wanna see new faces by the next gold cup. Also, we need to stop calling CP captain America. He's literally done nothing worth mentioning.

this was probably my biggest takeaway. i havent thought he was THE guy for a while now but this WC run showed we need to move on ASAP. he's not the guy, he's not tough, and definitely not close to a leader for this team

Pulisic is the biggest piece of the **** in the world. I always tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, BUT I am done with him after this.
