I know a lot of dudes here work a 9-5. I'm getting tired of making sandwiches and leftovers from the night before. I'm looking to make something Sunday night that can last me 4 lunches (I eat out every Friday). Any ideas? I figure we can use this thread to share recipes:

So far I got:

Chicken and Biscuits

Ingredients: A pack of Pillsbury biscuits, a can or two of Campbells Chicken Corn Chowder

Prep: Bake biscuits and heat up the chowder. Pour chowder over biscuits

Cost: ~$4 bucks

# of meals: 2-3

Cook a small -medium casserole or baked food (lasagna, macaroni) and a meat to go with it and just eat that for a few days.

I take tuna once a week, other than that it's leftovers.

*If you're tired of leftovers, how do you figure you won't get tired of eating your Sunday meal when you have it for lunch 4/5 days of the week?

Buy packs of boneless chicken breasts, they usually come w/ 8. Cook on em on sunday, and just prepare your sides the night before. One day you can eat em with brown rice, one day a salad, the next day maybe a sandwich or some kind of potatoes....

I just missed those days when my mother would make my lunches for me

what are some other quick lunches for fellas like me who cant cook?

I dread even thinking about cooking. The clean up is a discouraging thing.

One of my coworkers does this.

I just bring leftovers and I pay for food once a week max.

That Quaker instant outmeal is clutch in the mornings though. I just bring milk in and leave it in the fridge

What I've been doing lately is making pasta. Grill some chicken breasts, steam some veggies, boil pasta, simmer pasta sauce, add it all together and you got lunch for the whole week if you wanted to. Classico alfredo sauce =
