I reside in Cleveland and I've been here my whole life and rest assured that video was taken on a Wednesday at noon or something. While we're definitely not doing the best as other cities, Cleveland isn't THAT BAD as that video made it. With that being said, I love my city!!! Cleveland for life!!!
