I've recently sold my old white cement IV. I never wore them in fear of them cracking. I'm thinking of selling my second pair. When you yall purchase vintage sneakers, do you even consider wearing them?

i would have to take a REAL REAL REAL close look at it to make a decision. it all depends how you stored and kept the shoes. if everything looks good then it most likely is suitable for wear. my connect had the very FIRST AJKO that was DS and was put on for the very first time in 2009 and did perfectly fine. so it all depends. detailed pictures would be best.

trying to find out the market price for those? = PRICE CHECK/LEGIT CHECK FORUM

wanna sell? = BUY/SELL LOUNGE.

in case you didn't know

It all depends on how they were cared for. It also depends on which style shoe it is. Some numbers hold up better than others.

Where in his post did he even hint at those questions?

But to op, I try to wear all shoes I get so they don't end up cracking, unless when I get them they already have bad seperation due to seller not showing pictures of it (

first of all, i dont buy shoes i cant or will not wear. waste of my money.

to answer your question, i kind of had an idea on what shoes are wearable or not. carefully i try and wear em. but i am always careful with vintage sneaks. especially early to mid 90s stuff.

Unless I cop a shoe on RD, I do not wear it. It's just too hard for me to keep up with verifying how they were cared for. I wear current releases to rock. I also collect vintage OG & retro to keep DS and stock.

I just picked some of those up and they feel nice and firm but I wouldn't trust the foam on a 7+ year old shoe.

I always check the midsoles thouroghly, but even that dosent help sometimes. I had a pair of blk/cem III that cracked on me a few months ago. you really dont know till you wear them for a while.

I only buy them if they are wearable, shoe that you cant wear are not for me.
