I look at as I paid $160 for some shoes, didn't like them, sold them for $250. Take that $250 that's in my PayPal and buy the crewneck. That's my logic.

That's usually my way of thinking too. Get rid of some stuff you don't want (or rarely wear) in order to get something you really want, even if you have to overpay a little bit
