Olympic 6 Sizing?

I'm thinkin about buying a pair from a friend that lives in a different state and they're a size 11. Now I normally wear a 10.5 but I wanted to knowing I could fit them and if they run small ??

They fit kinda big on me and I wear a 10.5 normally too. If you wear elite socks and put an insole or sneakershields you should be fine though.
