Olympic Retro 1 anomaly

I purchased a pair of Olympic Retro 1's online from Finishline about 2 or 3 years ago, when they came. I know they are legitamite. But one of the first things I noticed about the shoes is that on the right shoe, the left upper eyehole is missing. I was just wondering if because this is missing does this make the shoes more valuable, collectable or increase their value. Or does it mean that i am just screwed out of an eyehole.

Heres what it should look like.

And heres the left side missing the upper eyehole.

I'd say its nothing major, it wont increase the value.
Just another flaw in the thousands of shoes that pass inspection.
