omg Firefox ****ed me over AGAIN!

ok this is about the 10th time firefox has deleted my bookmarks and other things, HOW IN THE HELL DO I FIX THIS, im so sick of this bs i just might go back toIE (god forbid)

Why don't you export your bookmarks periodically and save it somewhere so you have a backup?
