Mastercard & Visa work for me. PayPal is down though

like someone else said paypal is NOT down just use www.paypal.com it works

No point in removing money, all their doing is overloading servers.
So if someone needed to access a site to pay a bill they wouldn't be able too.
So let's say someone needed to pay their bill on mastercards website, and it was down they wouldn't be able to obviously.
That would be an awesome argument if you had a due date: "I tried paying the bill but your site was down"
