Said was the man, dude was just so badass and introspective. I was legit pissed when that dude offed 'em. The show did start getting a bit stale towards the end of S4 to the ending, but S1-3 were top notch TV. Good acting, good writing, and good emotion. What prompted me to make this thread was the thread about the dude that spent 2 years in jail and wrote about his time in there, I doubt it's exactly how things are in a prison but it seems like it might be a bit close to certain prisons.
Augustus' narration got annoying to me after Season 1, dude just kept talkin' n talkin'. I'm doing a rewatch now and I never liked 'em. He will always be Michael from LOST for me.

First episode had me hooked, when dude who I thought was gonna be a main character got set on fire.
And Augustus was a little annoying after a while, which is probably why I didn't like Michael on LOST.
