I have been doing P90x for a while. I don't watch the dvds anymore because they are boring. What I did is write down all the exercises and do them on my own so I can jam to my favorite songs instead of listening to Tony's lame jokes.
I would like to know what NTers think about p90x vs. Insanity.
Would you guys recommend doing Insanity? What is Insanity best for? In terms of fitness? Getting lean or ???

If this helps: My goal is to lose a lot of fat. Get to 15% BF then get definition.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'd watch the vids fr Sophia (I think that's her name) the girl who wanted to be a Dentist and to hear that ******ed girl talk about some German potato soup. If you're looking to lose weight though, Insanity would be the better option.

ed when the dentist girl dissed him when he went in for a dap but she didn't see him.
Are you doing Insanity right now? What equipment do you need? I have dumbbells, power stands, and a pullup bar.
Is it mostly cardio or weight training?

You will lose more weight on Insanity. I've done P90X and enjoyed it for the most part. I did Insanity for a little bit and it's nice because the workouts are only like an hour, but I got sick of it for some reason. But if your goal is to lose weight, I would do Insanity. And you don't need any equipment. It's basically all cardio.

insanity is only you and the floor, occasionally a yoga mat if you're doing the ab workouts so insanity is really convenient if you're on a low budget.

insanity is very cardio based

p90x is more well rounded
