It most definitely is. Despite apparent "common knowledge" about Unit 731, theres only been a handful of physical evidence ever recovered from Unit731's HQ, or it's subsidies. Many of the things that are listed are based on what the people who were tried knew. Only a couple of them actually hadpowerful positions, so there are still many things unknown about it.

Do some independent research. Some of the more horrendous things aren't really mentioned in that video or on Wikipedia.
