I was just wondering if these are legit for a friend of mine. He said "My grandma got these years ago. She  won them in a raffle and they gave them to her. She passesd them on to me and I wanna sell em

Look up Air Jordan Pantone Collection .. there are AJ's from the 1's to 13's in all blue colorway .. my friend said that somebody told him that he has an Unlasersed sample of the Pantone 11s

Yes there is a pantone colorway for the jordan XI. 

It's just extremely rare.
