Looking at the menu, I guess I'm a little spoiled by having access to home cooked cajun food and a pick of any one of authentic cajun restaurants when I visit my girlfriend's parents. I noticed a few of these on the road when driving around my sister's place in Dallas, never knew it was this popular.
