i bought some kicks from a dude tody and he said "send the money as a gift to avoid fees" that was crap! i still had to pay fees. is this new cuz dude was sure I wouldnt have to pay fees

u still have to pay but he does get all of the amount u send instead of paypal taking their 3% or whatever...

if you use paypal balance you wont pay fees either....


but if he decides to scam you, you're basically screwed because you sent him a "gift". I hope the seller is trusted and reputable?

i got my kicks but (2000 oly 6s) but i was just under the impression that there wouldnt be any fees. i gotta look into paypal balance for future buys

This was happening to me before. Then I got verified or maybe it was confirmed and it doesn't happen anymore.

Once you become "premier" there are no fees for gifts.
Premier is just basically you providing 2 out of 3 verifications and what not which is like bank account, social security, and something else.

i think what i have to do is transfer the money into my paypal then send it in order for to be free
